Product Responsibility

Use outdoor equipment with care.

Camping involves changing weather, terrain, fire, heat, darkness, physical effort, wildlife, and other conditions that cannot be controlled by an online retailer. Customers are responsible for evaluating conditions and using products appropriately.

How does the 15% subscriber discount work?

After a customer successfully completes an eligible email subscription, a 15% sitewide automatic discount may be applied. It is not limited to the first order, and no discount code is required.

How does the 20% promotional discount work?

Selected products participating in a promotion may receive an automatic 20% discount. Eligible promotional pricing is shown during the shopping and checkout process without requiring a code.

Can I return or exchange an eligible product?

Yes. TrailBloom provides free returns and exchanges within thirty days for eligible products. Customers should request the current return instructions before sending a product back.

Who is responsible for choosing suitable outdoor gear?

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and choosing equipment suitable for the intended users, activity, destination, weather, terrain, capacity, storage needs, and other relevant conditions.

Can these Terms limit mandatory consumer rights?

No provision is intended to remove a customer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable consumer-protection law.
